Excellent opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Partner to join a growing Scottish law firm, heading up their Litigation practice in their Glasgow office.
Role Profile:
You will be responsible for leading high-value, complex disputes across litigation and developing client relationships, business development, and contribution to the firm’s growth, profitability, and reputation.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex commercial disputes.

Develop case strategy, risk assessment, and settlement positioning.

Supervise associates and counsel, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.

Manage budgets, costs recovery, and matter profitability.

Serve as primary relationship partner for key clients.

Provide commercially focused, strategic legal advice.
-
Maintain regular communication on case progress, risks, and costs.

Identify cross-selling opportunities across practice areas.

Deliver high client satisfaction and retention.
-
Generate new matters through existing relationships, referrals, and market engagement.

Mentor and develop associates and junior lawyers.

Contribute to firm management, committees, and strategic initiatives (as required).
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer, currently operating at Partner or Director level (ambitious Senior/ Managing Associates are invited to apply).

Established reputation in the market or sector.

Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
