Real Estate Partner / Legal Director – Edinburgh
Thomson Legal is seeking a Real Estate Partner or Legal Director for an opportunity in Edinburgh with a highly-successful Scottish law firm. The role will suit an established Partner considering a move, or an experienced senior lawyer looking for greater responsibility and the opportunity to shape a practice.
Role Profile:
- You will advise on commercial real estate transactions, build client relationships and play an active part in developing the practice.
- Depending on your expertise, your work could encompass acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, investment transactions and development projects.
- Alongside your own client work, you will help support and develop junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s business development activity.
Candidate Requirements:
You will bring strong commercial property experience, sound technical judgement and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
