Premier Irish law firm has an opportunity to join their market leading Pensions team based in Dublin. The firm are interested in speaking with candidates from NQ+ level with at least 6 months experience in pensions law.
The team advises on the full spectrum of pension matters which includes:
- Trustee/ Employer pension schemes
- Administration and governance of schemes
- Trust deeds
- Accounting issues and FRS17
- Pensions litigation and dispute resolution
- Investment management
- Winding and investigations
- Scheme transfers, mergers and reorganisations

This role would suit a lawyer currently working in Ireland or potentially an Irish lawyer working in the UK or overseas looking to return to Ireland.
