Highly-regarded international law firm is looking to recruit a lawyer to be based in their Edinburgh offices specialising in securitisation, working as part of a wider UK team.
Role Profile:
- This is a unique Scottish-based opportunity to work with one of the highest ranking Banking Partners in the country and to work in the specialist areas of securitisation and structured finance.
- Working as part of a wider Banking team, you will advise on a broad range of both public and private securitisation transactions and on the acquisition, financing and disposal of portfolios of assets in the whole loan market.
Candidate Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ PQE experience however, candidates from all levels of PQE, with experience of securitisation are invited to apply.
- You should have experience working on complex securitisations and structured products transactions.
